The corporate headquarters in Charlotte has over 19,000 square feet of shop space, which houses 10 full service bays, weld shop/fabrication area, stockroom, test area, boiler test pit and control panel shop. The adjacent administrative office complex has over 3,500 square feet which houses the executive, sales, central computer, purchasing and service offices. The Greensboro and Columbia branch offices each have 1,000 square feet of office and 2,000 square feet of warehouse. All locations include a fully-stocked parts warehouse, service department and shipping facility.
