Repair Service
Our service technicans and repair personnel are
experienced professionals with a thorough knowledge of all
types of boilers. They have the skills and experience to
keep your boilers performing as efficiently as possible. We
perform both planned and emergency service. On call 24 hours
a day, with an extensive inventory of parts on their trucks,
our technicians can keep your down time to a minimum by
combining their expertise with sophisticated testing
equipment.
Facilities
The corporate headquarters in Charlotte has over 19,000
square feet of shop space, which houses 10 full service
bays, weld shop/fabrication area, stockroom, test area,
boiler test pit and control panel shop. The adjacent
administrative office complex has over 3,500 square feet
which houses the executive, sales, central computer,
purchasing and service offices. The Greensboro and Columbia
branch offices each have 1,000 square feet of office and
2,000 square feet of warehouse. All locations include a
fully-stocked parts warehouse, service department and
shipping facility.

Heat Exchanger
Retubing
We have the resources and expertise to rebuild heat
exchangers in our shop or in the field. We can retube straight
and U-tube exchangers, using many types of material: copper,
carbon, steel, admiralty brass and stainless steel.
Code Capabilities
To insure that our work meets the most stringent
standards in the industry we are ASME certified to use the
"PP" stamp. We are authorized to use the National Board's
"R" stamp for boiler and pressure vessel repair. In
addition, code work is inspected by the Hartford Steam
Boiler Inspection and Insurance Agency.

Total Support
C&C Boiler has a unique advantage. We can take TOTAL
RESPONSIBILITY for projects. We can furnish turn key
installations, all coordinated and controlled by one
contract. This reduces time and lowers overall costs, which
saves you money. A full line of boiler room equipment is
offered. We can evaluate your needs, help you select the
correct equipment for your boiler system, install all the
equipment, and start up the entire system. We can also
instruct your operations personnel in the correct operating
procedures, and on the care and maintenance of your
system.

Service
When you buy a Cleaver-Brooks boiler, we support you with
the largest and most respected service organization in North
Carolina. A factory authorized engineer supervises startup
of your boiler and provides training as needed. "R" stamp
repairs, tune ups preventative maintenance contracts are all
available.
